France - Canal du Midi to Hauteford

From Pechlaurier Lookout you can get a good feel for where the Canal du Midi fits into the surrounding countryside and what a feat it was for Riquet to design this waterway. That is our boat in the foreground below. The town in the distance is Argens with the chateau visible at the top of the hill. Argens Marina is where we return the boat and set off again in our campervan. We will have our last night in the marina so there is no rush tomorrow.
